A Subscriber is anyone (eg. parent) who has signed up to receive the newsletter via email. Let's say your school has 300 students. If all your students and both parents of each student sign up to receive the newsletter, you would have 900 subscribers (3 x 300).

Free Forever is perfect for schools with up to 300 children, $11 per month for 301 - 600 students, $22 per month for 601 - 1000 students and $33 per month for schools with 1001 - 2000 students. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Most certainly - we actually recommend this. Only if or when the number of your subscribers goes over 1000 will your school start to pay for your account.

There are two setup packs: Basic and Pro.

"Basic" is for schools that want to manually control the list of parents emails themselves. This means, that to subscribe, parents would have to email the school, and a staff member at the school would have to add them to the newsletter list.

"Pro" is for schools that want to allow parents to subscribe themselves to the newsletter list using the school's web site. Pro also allows parents to automatically view previously sent emails/newsletters from the school's web site. School Enews works with ALL web site solutions.
